Return Policy

Orders may be returned within a 2 week window of having received it, to Janell Wysock Textiles. The item or items must be undisturbed, labels intact, unworn and no indication of being washed. We will not accept returned goods that show apparent signs of use or abuse. It is imperative that it is in the original packaging. Once items are received and inspected the customer will be fully refunded within 5 days. Janell Wysock is not responsible for shipping chargers on returned merchandise or responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment.
